为了观察慢性缺氧对大鼠肺动脉蛋白激酶C(PKC)表达的影响,将24只大白鼠分为4组,每组6只:正常对照组,缺氧1周组,缺氧2周组,缺氧4周组;应用免疫组织化学技术及计算机图像分析。结果发现:缺氧组肺动脉PKC阳性杂色较对照组增强,积分吸光度值增加(P<0.05)。提示缺氧时大鼠肺动脉PKC表达上调可能参与慢性缺氧性肺动脉高压的发病过程。
In order to observe the effect of chronic hypoxia on the expression of PKC in rats, 24 rats were divided into 4 groups with 6 rats in each group: normal control group, hypoxia 1 week group, hypoxia 2 weeks group, 4 weeks hypoxia group; using immunohistochemistry and computer image analysis. The results showed that the positive staining of PKC in hypoxic pulmonary arteries was enhanced compared with the control group, and the integral absorbance increased (P <0.05). It suggests that the upregulation of PKC in pulmonary artery may be involved in the pathogenesis of chronic hypoxic pulmonary hypertension.
