一次最严厉的批评1959年11月18日,周总理的秘书顾明同志通知我,总理要找我谈话,要我马上到西华厅去。这是我一生中受到周总理的最严厉的批评。当我走进总理办公室时,周总理正在批阅文件。他先把一封信给我看。这是李富春同志写给小平同志并报周总理的信,内容是批评人民日报11月16日在第一版头条位置发表了1月到10月全国工业生产情况,报道这十个月工业生产总值比1958年同期增长48.9%。富春同志认为,这篇报道严重违反中央规定。
