用原子吸收分光光度法分别测定了 3种黔产淫羊藿中 1 0种微量元素的含量。实验结果表明 :黔产箭叶淫羊藿、粗毛淫羊藿、黔岭淫羊藿中均含有所测的 1 0种元素 ;作为广布种之一 ,黔岭淫羊藿以其所含微量元素的种类和含量表明 ,该品种的药用价值似应予以肯定。
Atomic absorption spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of 10 kinds of trace elements in Epimedium. The experimental results showed that 10 species of the tested elements were contained in E. sagittatum, E. citrinopilea, and E. urophylla. As one of the widely distributed species, E. sibiricus contained trace amounts of it. The type and content of the elements indicate that the medicinal value of the species should seem to be affirmed.
