三重管旋喷法是七十年代中期,在单管旋喷法和二重管旋喷法的基础上发展起来的一种新型加固土体技术。它具有加固直径大、机械设备磨损小等特点。三重管旋喷技术仅有五、六年的历史,目前除日本外,只有少数国家研究和应用。1980年4月至12月,我国铁路首次将三重管旋喷法应用于枝柳线祥秘隧道溶岩地段的地基加固,获得了成功。1981年9月,铁道部科学技术局和中国人民解放军基建工程兵指挥部联合召开鉴定会,通过了三重旋喷管的技术鉴定。
The triple pipe rotary jet method is a new type of reinforced soil technique developed on the basis of single pipe rotary jet method and double pipe rotary jet method in the mid-seventies. It has a large diameter reinforcement, mechanical equipment, wear small features. Triple tube rotary jet technology only five or six years of history, except Japan, only a few countries research and application. From April to December 1980, for the first time, the railway of our country applied the triple tube rotary jet method to the foundation reinforcement of the lava area of the Cheungliu Tunnel in the Zhiliu Line, and achieved success. In September 1981, the Ministry of Science and Technology of the Ministry of Railways and the headquarters of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army Infrastructure Corps jointly convened an appraisal meeting and passed the technical appraisal of the triple rotary nozzle.
