对40例高血压病脑出血及20例Ⅰ期高血压病患者进行了动态血压(ABPM)监测。结果显示,脑出血组夜间平均收缩压及舒张压、夜间血压下降率<10%者均明显高于对照组,且血压昼夜波动节律基本消失。提示夜间平均血压过高及血压昼夜节律基本消失对高血压病脑出血具有早期预报价值
Ambulatory blood pressure (ABPM) monitoring was performed on 40 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage and 20 patients with stage I hypertension. The results showed that nighttime systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in patients with cerebral hemorrhage, nocturnal decline in blood pressure <10% were significantly higher than the control group, and circadian rhythm of blood pressure basically disappeared. Suggesting that the average night blood pressure and blood pressure circadian rhythms disappeared hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage with early prediction value
