新时代下的中国经济发展迅猛而飞速,市场经济体制下的企业发展需要增强自身的竞争力,力图在市场上占据一席地位。我国企业为了应对该体制下的市场状况,经过探究和实践,决定采取资金集中管理的办法,以此发挥本企业的整体资源优势,有效规避市场风险。文章通过研究企业集团资金集中管理的具体实施行为,分析该管理方式当中所遇到的各种问题,期望给出合理的解决办法,帮助企业集团更加充分利用资金集中管理的优势。
Under the new era, China’s economy is developing rapidly and rapidly. The development of enterprises under the market economy system needs to enhance its own competitiveness so as to occupy a place in the market. In order to cope with the market conditions under this system, Chinese enterprises decided to adopt a centralized management of funds through explorations and practices in order to give full play to their overall resource advantages and effectively avoid market risks. By studying the concrete implementation behavior of centralized management of enterprise group funds, the article analyzes all kinds of problems encountered in this management mode and expects to provide a reasonable solution to help enterprise groups make full use of the advantages of centralized fund management.
