1984年以来我科收治的半侧颜面萎缩的病例中,有5例采用了带胸背动静脉游离的背阔肌瓣作充填。其中2例为先天性耳颌畸形,1例为2岁时患麻疹,以后发现半侧颜面萎缩,还有2例为不明原因的萎缩。经作了肌肉瓣充填整复后都得到了满意的效果。现在初步小结如下:
Among the cases of hemifacial atrophy treated in our department since 1984, 5 cases had latissimus dorsi-vena cava with free latissimus dorsi flap for filling. Two of them were congenital otograft deformities. One patient had measles at 2 years of age and later found half of the facial atrophy. There were 2 cases of unexplained atrophy. After the muscle flap filling the restoration have been satisfied with the results. Now preliminary summary is as follows:
