随着我国人口老龄化的加速发展,养老问题亟待解决。机构养老越来越受到重视,在机构养老模式中,民营养老机构具有不可替代的地位,但却没能发挥它应有的作用。文章从民营养老机构“先天”和“后天”两个方面的不足,对其在发展中遇到的问题予以分析,并就如何促进民营养老机构又快又好地发展提出了建议。
With the acceleration of population aging in our country, the issue of pension should be solved urgently. Institutional pension is paid more and more attention. In the mode of institutionalization of the elderly, private pension institutions have an irreplaceable status, but failed to play their due role. The article analyzes the problems encountered in the development of private pension institutions from the defects of “innate” and “acquired”, and puts forward suggestions on how to promote the rapid and good development of private pension institutions .
