用锥度滚丝轮滚压锥度螺塞的螺纹是一种先进的工艺方法,但是锥度滚丝轮的制造却是很困难的。从前人们认为锥度滚丝轮的螺纹是不能像柱形滚丝轮一样采用反滚压工艺,故工厂均采用精密的万能螺纹磨床加工锥度滚丝轮的螺纹。由于锥度滚丝轮螺纹的齿底比一般螺纹窄,螺纹头数多,所以必须选用细于 W40粒,硬度为 Z_1~Z_2的砂轮,磨削速率极低。目前磨一套约需15~20小时,而且螺纹齿底经常达不到尖度,齿形面还易烧伤退火,产生裂纹,所以锥度滚丝轮的寿命极低。为解决锥度滚丝轮的加工问题,我厂经过反复试验,成功地采用了反滚压工艺。通过一年来的生产实践考验,已经用反滚压工艺加工了五种规格,数十套锥
