众所周知,农村团工作是全团工作的基础,也是团建工作的薄弱环节。如何在新形势下增强基层团组织的活力,是摆在当前共青团面前的一道难题,也是一项根本性问题。两年多来,共青团东阳市委根据自身实际,在统筹城乡团建的大背景下,通过开展强镇创建、强镇带村、强村促镇,积极探索“强镇强村强团”工作模式,形成“中心带动、区域辐射、多元并存、共同活跃”的农村团建新格局,把乡镇打造成为全团工作桥头堡,逐步实现农村团组织全面活跃。
