随着社会主义市场经济的发展和经济体制改革的步步推进,改革企业内部经营机制和运行机制,以适应变化了的企业外部条件,显得愈来愈加迫切。企业能否自觉地按商品生产和经营者的形象来塑造自己,成为企业在新条件下生存和发展的大问题。当前,几乎所有企业都在考虑改革内部管理体制,设计各种改革方案。在改革方案设计中,考察一下资本主义发达国家在发展过程中,创造和应用“事业部”管理体制的经验,对于理清改革思路和构思方案设计,对我们是会有所帮助的。
