音乐教育在整个教育事业中有着举足轻重的作用。发展健康和谐的音乐教育,有利于构建社会主义和谐社会和相适应的先进文化基础,是建设社会主义和谐社会目标实现的必要条件。农村中小学音乐教育在整个国民教育体系中所占比重较大,目前我国农村音乐教育在教育管理、师资建设、教育理念、教学环境等方面都相对滞后。同时,家长观念陈旧、生源流失过多等因素也严重制约了农村学校音乐教育的开展。
Music education plays a decisive role in education as a whole. The development of healthy and harmonious music education is conducive to building a harmonious socialist society and to adapt to the advanced cultural foundation is to build a socialist harmonious society to achieve the necessary conditions.
