闭塞性脑动脉炎国内有一些报告,多与钩端螺旋体感染有关。我室于1971年和1981年共尸检两例,均经病理诊断为闭塞性脑动脉炎,现报告如下: 病历摘要例1男性,23岁,病人于入院前一月劳动后休息时突然晕倒,发现嘴歪,左半身不好使,说话和走路尚可。入院前两日发热39℃,意识不清,呕吐(3—4次/日),二便失禁。查体:意识尚清,左鼻唇沟变浅,舌伸偏左,左侧上、下肢轻瘫,肌张力增高,腱反射增强,左侧巴彬斯基氏征阳性。脑脊液:
