慢性肺源性心脏病(简称肺心病)是后天性心脏病中比较常见的心脏病之一。1974年广西肺心病研究协作组对三组胸片进行了有关X线径线的测量。本文是在上述总结工作中的基础上通过经临床证实的肺心病胸片中选出大心脏型肺心病与小心脏型肺心病两组,作一些X线径线的测量,并与正常组对照。从中找出某些规律性,以提高诊断率。
