任何有效的管理都是建立在一定的历史背景和文化积淀之上的,作为中国文化代表的儒家文化是一个博大精深的体系,其中蕴含着丰富的管理思想,其“修己安人”思想对现代管理有着深远的影响和重要的借鉴意义。本文从对比中西文化对管理的不同理解出发,通过分析儒家“修己安人”的思想实质及其在现代管理中的运用,指出“修己安人”思想对现代管理的意义。
