我国最早的一部音乐理论专著,是战国中期孔子的学生公孙尼子所著的《乐记》;此书于二千多年前的秦朝问世,对音乐的本质、起源、特征、作用,音乐与政治生活的关系,音乐的审美、教育与社会作用以及音乐创作过程等方面作了较系统的论述。全书分二十三篇,可惜现仅存十一篇了。它对于我国研究中国古代音乐,提供了极为宝贵的理论依据。
The earliest piece of music theory in our country is “Music Note” written by Gongsun Nizi, a student of Confucius in the middle of the Warring States Period. This book was published in the Qin Dynasty more than 2,000 years ago. It contains the essence, origin, characteristics, functions, and music of the music And political life, the aesthetic of music, the role of education and society as well as the process of music creation made a more systematic exposition. The book points twenty-three, but unfortunately now only eleven articles. It provides an extremely valuable theoretical basis for China’s study of ancient Chinese music.
