2010年甘肃省张掖市临泽县新发现成册简牍一批,通过对其文本内容的释读,可以判断这是一份西晋愍帝建兴元年十二月间张掖郡临泽县地方政府对一起“兄弟争田”民事案件的审理记录。该简牍文书篇幅较长,几乎完整地记录了西晋晚期一次民事经济纠纷案件的审理过程。简文内容涉及汉晋时期占田制度、家庭与宗法制度、占物入官制度等若干经济史问题,对于两汉魏晋南北朝时期的经济史研究,具有无可替代的史料价值。
