目的高血压脑出血是脑卒中的常见类型,尽管其发病率较缺血性卒中低,但其发病凶险,预后较差,目前对高血压条件下脑血管病理改变并导致出血知之甚少,本研究拟通过高血压脑出血小鼠模型研究高血压脑出血血管病变机制。方法将8个月的雄性C57BL/6小鼠分为两组,一组高血压脑出血组,另一组是正常对照组。在小鼠出现脑卒中行为学现象时将小鼠处死将大脑组织保存。采用HE染色确定出血位点,采用弹力纤维染色观察出血部位血管的结构。结果经弹力纤维染色发现脑出血部位血管破裂,内弹性膜出现拉直、张力消失以及内弹性膜部分缺失的现象;同时,也发现了血管壁向内破裂,导致假腔存在的现象。结论本研究发现弹性内膜的变化可能与高血压小鼠脑出血的发生相关。
Purpose Hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage (Hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage) is a common type of stroke. Although its incidence is lower than that of ischemic stroke, it is dangerous and has a poor prognosis. Currently, little is known about the pathological changes of cerebral vasculature resulting in hypertension in hypertension. To study the mechanism of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) in mice by hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage mouse model. Methods Eight-month-old male C57BL / 6 mice were divided into two groups: one was hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage group and the other was normal control group. The mice were sacrificed in the event of a stroke behavioral phenomenon in the brain to preserve brain tissue. Hematoxylin and eosin (HE) staining was used to determine the site of bleeding. Elastin staining was used to observe the structure of blood vessels at the site of bleeding. Results The blood vessels at the site of cerebral hemorrhage were ruptured by elastic fiber staining, the straining and tension disappeared within the elastic membrane, and the missing part of the inner elastic membrane. At the same time, the rupture of the blood vessel wall was also found, which led to the existence of the false lumen. Conclusion This study found that the changes of elastic endometrium may be related to the occurrence of cerebral hemorrhage in hypertensive mice.
