随着十二五规划的实施,文化产业上升为国民经济支柱性产业。软实力的提升不仅需要我们图书馆人高度重视,而且更需要从创新这条路上找出路。作为图书馆无论在服务内容、方式还是服务手段上都将打破传统格局,从而服务模式得到了进一步的改变。如何适应我国经济社会发展的需要,以创新促发展,是旗(区)图书馆面临的一个重要课题。作者通过实地参观学习鄂尔多斯市各旗(区)馆所取得的成绩,从转观念、强建设、突个性服务等几个方面,阐明了旗(区)图书馆走创新服务之路的必要性。
With the implementation of the 12th Five-Year Plan, the cultural industry has risen to the pillar industry of the national economy. The improvement of soft power not only needs our library people attach great importance, but also need to find a way out of innovation. As the service of the library in terms of service, means or means of service will break the traditional pattern, and thus the service model has been further changed. How to adapt to the needs of our country’s economic and social development and promote development through innovation is an important issue facing the flag (district) libraries. The author expounds the necessity of taking the road of innovation and service of flag (area) libraries from several aspects such as changing concept, building strongly and providing individual service by visiting and studying the achievements made by flags (districts) in Erdos.
