我国经济体制改革已进入整体攻坚阶段,从多方面实现改革的实质性突破至关重要。加快以股份制为重点、规范的公司制改革,建立严格、科学、有效的公司法人治理机构,实现国有企业改革的实质性突破。以优化产权结构为重点,加快形成完善、规范的公司法人治理结构,促进公司法人治理结构的有效建立和规范运作,要与产权结构及股权比例的重组优化紧密联系起来。应该严格按照《公司法》的相关规定,并与国有经济的战略重组密切结合,优化法人治理结构。
China’s economic restructuring has entered the stage of tackling the problem as a whole. It is of crucial importance to realize substantive breakthroughs in the reform from many aspects. We will speed up the reform of the company system that focuses on the shareholding system and regulate the establishment of a strict, scientific and effective corporate governance structure so as to achieve a substantive breakthrough in the reform of state-owned enterprises. To optimize the structure of property rights as the focus, speed up the formation of a sound and standardized corporate governance structure and promote the corporate governance structure to effectively establish and regulate the operation, and the ownership structure and the proportion of restructuring and optimization are closely linked. We should strictly follow the relevant provisions of the Company Law and closely integrate with the strategic restructuring of the state-owned economy to optimize the corporate governance structure.
