在大力探索中职教学改革方式方法的视域内突出教改实效性要求,避免形式化和低效率是改革中职教学的重要方向。实现中职教育发展目标,推动中职教育教学改革进一步深入发展,促进中职教学课堂和课后转化的进一步完善是中职教育改革实效性的理论前提。实现中职教改的实效性需要从中职师资队伍建设、教学方法创新和教学理论与实践相统一等方面下功夫。
In the field of vigorously exploring the ways and means of teaching reform of secondary vocational education, it is necessary to highlight the requirements of the effectiveness of education reform. Avoiding formalization and inefficiency is an important direction for the reform of secondary vocational education. To achieve the goal of secondary vocational education development, to promote the further development of secondary vocational education and teaching reform, and to further improve secondary vocational education classroom and post-secondary transformation is the theoretical premise of secondary vocational education reform effectiveness. To realize the effectiveness of secondary vocational education reform needs to work hard in the construction of secondary vocational school teachers, innovation of teaching methods and the unification of teaching theory and practice.
