本文报告济南军区部队传染病发病及报告情况抽样调查结果显示,传染病总漏报率为91.89％。部队卫生队漏报率明显高于部队医院,住院率高的传染病漏报率最低,以门诊处理为主的传染病漏报率最高。这提示部队基层医疗卫生机构疫情报告工作有待迅速提高。
This paper reports the incidence of the military in Jinan Military Region and the incidence of infectious diseases in the sample survey showed that the total missed rate of infectious diseases was 91.89%. The rate of omission reported by military health teams was significantly higher than that of military hospitals. The rate of under-reporting of infectious diseases with the highest rate of hospitalization was the lowest, and that of outbreak-treatment-based infectious diseases was the highest. This prompted the troop level grass-roots medical and health institutions to report the epidemic to be rapidly increased.
