柔韧性取决于关节的结构、关节周围的软组织以及肌腱的伸展程度。柔韧性受多项因素制约,另由于某些关节的遗传度相当高,通过训练很难改变骨骼关节结构,但经常采用专门伸展练习,可以大大改进关节的灵活性。柔韧性练习的部位必须有所选择,应重点发展泳式中承受主要作用的那些关节的柔韧性,而没有必要在那些遗传度高(如髋关节98%),与游泳动作关联不大的关节部位上浪费时间。
Flexibility depends on the structure of the joint, the soft tissue surrounding the joint, and the degree of extensibility of the tendon. Flexibility is governed by a number of factors, and the high degree of heritability of some joints makes it difficult to change skeletal joint structure through training, but often using specialized stretching exercises can greatly improve joint flexibility. Flexibility exercises must be selected for the site and focus should be placed on the flexibility of those joints that play a major role in the swimming style and not necessarily on those with high heritability (eg, 98% of the hip joints), not associated with swimming motions A waste of time on the site.
