本文探索了三种不同悬浮剂、不同加入量对灰铸铁组织和性能的影响,认为悬浮铸造确实能提高凝固速度,细化组织,提高珠光体基体和石墨的弥散度,提高大断面灰铸铁件的组织与性能的均匀性,增加铸件密度,提高机械性能。通过试验认识,悬浮铸造在生产上是可行的。悬浮剂的制备也不困难,虽然采用此工艺在浇注系统和浇注工艺上要稍稍麻烦些,但从提高铸件性能和减少废品等方面综合考虑还是合算的。
