因材施教指针对学生的志趣、能力等具体情况提出不同的要求,有的放矢地进行有差别的教学。教师应当掌握高职院校环艺专业学生的特点,注意兴趣导向,激发学生的学习兴趣和热情,尊重个性差异,有的放矢地进行有差别的教学;注重作业练习,实施差异性辅导;强化集体讨论,完善设计方案;强化实践教学,杜绝闭门造车、夜郎自大。采用因材施教的教学思路,对于调动学生学习兴趣,唤醒学生的主体意识,提高学生设计水平是非常必要的。
Teaching students according to their aptitude indicators of the students’ interest, ability and other specific conditions put forward different requirements, targeted for different teaching. Teachers should grasp the characteristics of Polytechnic students in vocational colleges, pay attention to the orientation of interests, stimulate students’ interest in learning and enthusiasm, respect personality differences, and aim at differentiating teaching; pay attention to homework exercises and implement differential counseling; and strengthen collective discussion , Improve the design; strengthen the practice of teaching, eliminate closed doors, arrogant. The use of teaching methods according to individual circumstances, for mobilizing students’ interest in learning, awakening the students’ awareness of the subject and improving the students’ design level are very necessary.
