讨论了地震分布的多重分形统计特征。研究了地震多重分形性质的计算方法及其应用于地震预报的可能性。采用推广Grassberger-Procaccia(G-P)算法从典型震区的地震数据计算地震多重分形分布的广义维数谱以确立较敏感的强震前兆,讨论了该算法的精度、数据量要求及适用范围。研究结果表明,地震分布的多重分形维数谱对于一些典型震区的强震发生具有中期预报价值。
The multifractal statistical characteristics of earthquake distribution are discussed. The method of calculating the multifractal properties of earthquakes and the possibility of its application in earthquake prediction are studied. The generalized dimension spectrum of the multifractal distribution of the earthquakes is calculated from the seismic data of typical earthquake regions using the extension of Grassberger-Procaccia (G-P) algorithm to establish the sensitive precursors of strong earthquakes. The accuracy, data requirements and application scope of the algorithm are discussed . The results show that the multifractal dimension spectrum of seismic distribution has medium-term prediction value for the occurrence of strong earthquakes in some typical earthquake regions.
