岔河口新石器时代遗址位于清水河县西缘,南流黄河东岸的黄土高地之上,与准格尔旗隔河相望。东南距清水河县城关镇25公里,隶属王桂窑乡(图一)。遗址地处黄河与浑河交汇点的北岸,东、南、西三面环水,地理环境优越,是人类生产、生活的理想处所。遗址
Chahekou Neolithic site is located in the western edge of Qingshuihe County, south of the Loess Plateau on the east coast of the Yellow River, and Zhunge’er flag across the river. Southeast from Qingshuihe County town 25 kilometers, under the Wang Gui Yao Township (Figure 1). The site is located on the north bank where the Yellow River meets the Hun River. It is surrounded by water on three sides of the east, south and west. It enjoys excellent geographical environment and is an ideal place for human production and life. Ruins
