随着建筑市场的不断发展,新技术、新工艺、新设备也广泛投入到施工建筑中,人们对于建筑工程质量的关注程度也日益增加。为了确保工程质量监督和指导工作能够真正落到实处,做到有法可依,就必须不断完善健全工程质量监督管理体制,对工程质量实施全面监督管理。本文通过对工程质量监督和指导模式进行深入的分析,在此基础上提出几点关于加强工程质量监督管理的实施措施。
