我院临床使用的中药洋金花静脉注射剂进行手术麻醉已有三年。开始用的是洋金花总硷注射液,后据中国医学科学院药物研究所报导,洋金花的麻醉有效成分是东莨菪硷。于是,分离出东莨菪硷制成注射液应用于临床,麻醉效果比总硷注射液大有提高,付作用也减小。但麻醉效果不够稳定,有些批号效果好,有些批号仍不够理想,出现术后躁动,头部水肿等反应。辽宁各兄弟单位也有类似情况发生,这些付反应影响中麻药
