一、集体所有制企业面临的困难和问题我国实行改革开放政策以后,对所有制结构进行了调整:即从单一的社会主义公有制改变为以社会主义公有制为主体,多种经济成份并存的体制。这促进了社会经济的发展,满足了社会需要,也改善了人民的生活。但是,由于我国长期实行计划经济体制,市场经济亦未完善,公有制经济在同非公有制经济的竞争中,就充分暴露了它的弱点,出现了极大的困难。
I. Difficulties and Problems Faced by Collective Ownership Enterprises After China implemented the reform and opening-up policy, it adjusted the structure of ownership: that is, from a single socialist public ownership system to a system with socialist public ownership as the main body and multiple economic components coexisting. This has promoted socio-economic development, met the needs of society, and improved the lives of the people. However, due to the long-term implementation of the planned economy system in China, the market economy has not yet been perfected, and the publicly-owned economy has fully exposed its weaknesses and encountered great difficulties in competition with the non-public economy.
