党的十六届六中全会通过的《中共中央关于构建社会主义和谐社会若干重大问题的决定》明确提出“社会主义核心价值体系”的内涵:“马克思主义指导思想,中国特色社会主义共同理想,以爱国主义为核心的民族精神和以改革创新为核心的时代精神,社会主义荣辱观。”对于文化建设的重视,构建社会主义核心价值体系的内涵在把握,是我们党和国家领导人在不断的探索中国特色社会主义发展道路实践中,根据国内外形势,依据中国现实中总结出来的。本文将从四个方面探讨社会主义核心价值体系研究兴起的背景。
