在医疗服务市场化程度越来越高的今天,医院经营也渐渐地向企业化管理过度,因此,医院的财务管理变得更加重要。当前,一些医院在财务管理方面的问题值得警惕。本文就对当前医院的管理问题进行分析,提出加强财务管理的几点对策。
At a time when the degree of marketization of medical services is getting higher and higher, the management of hospitals is gradually over-managed by the enterprises. Therefore, the financial management of hospitals becomes more and more important. At present, some hospitals in the financial management issues worth guarding. This paper analyzes the current hospital management issues, put forward some measures to strengthen financial management.
