报道了不同浓度的Cu2+、Zn2+对舟形无齿蚌成熟钩介幼虫的毒害实验.结果表明:Cu2+在24h、48h、72h、96h时对钩介幼虫的半致死浓度分别为651.4μg/L、113.8μg/L、45.5μg/L、19.7μg/L;Zn2+在24h、48h、72h、96h时对钩介幼虫的半致死浓度分别为10296.7μg/L、2612.3μg/L、171.1μg/L、15.9μg/L.在同一时间内浓度越高,钩介幼虫死亡率越大.在同一浓度下随时间延长,钩介幼虫死亡率增大.而半致死浓度随时间的延长却减小.
The toxicities of different concentrations of Cu2 + and Zn2 + to M. crassipes larvae were reported.The results showed that the lethal concentrations of Cu2 + were 651.4μg / L, 113.8% at 24h, 48h, 72h and 96h, respectively The lethal concentrations of Zn2 + for the larvae of the mesophytes were 10296.7μg / L, 2612.3μg / L, 171.1μg / L and 15.9μg / L respectively at 24h, 48h, 72h and 96h, μg / L. At the same time, the higher the concentration, the greater the death rate of hook-borne larvae.Under the same concentration, the mortality of H. tuberculosis increased with the increase of the concentration, while the lethal concentration of semi-lethal concentration decreased with time.
