学校教育应以“教学为中心,育人为根本”。诚然,教学中要渗透育人的过程,但要达到育人这一管理目标,培养社会主义接班人,很大程度上关系到与学生朝夕相处的班主任的工作力度与深度。在多年的中学班主任工作实践和分管德育工作的实践中,笔者认为,要做好班主任工作,顺利地开展学校德育工作,达到预期的德育管理目标,学校应该注重中学班主任的“六有”能力培养。
