厂房屋面防水是厂房屋盖系统的功能之一。在冶金厂房内,一旦漏雨就会给生产的顺利进行带来许多不利因素。例如,在浇注钢水时,遇到雨水就有发生爆炸的危险;车间内的配电箱、电线等遇水受潮会发生漏电、短路等事故;屋面漏雨还会加快厂房结构的损坏。因此,防止屋面漏雨,不仅关系到为生产创造一个良好的工作环境、延长厂房使用年限,而且还关系到安全生产,保证生产顺利进行的重大问题。为了防止屋面漏雨,本文从调查中得到的资料,对漏雨的原因加以分析,并提出一些粗浅的防漏措施设想。
The waterproofing of factory floor is one of the functions of the factory house cover system. In a metallurgical plant, once rain leaks, it will bring many unfavorable factors to the smooth progress of production. For example, in the pouring of molten steel, there is a danger of explosion when it encounters rainwater; electricity distribution boxes and wires in the workshop may cause accidents such as electric leakage and short circuit when the water is damped; the roof leakage may also accelerate the damage to the structure of the factory building. Therefore, preventing roof leakage is not only related to the creation of a good working environment for production, extending the useful life of the plant, but also related to the safety of production and ensuring the smooth production of major issues. In order to prevent roof leakage, the data obtained from the survey analyzed the causes of the leakage, and put forward some shallow ideas for leakage prevention measures.
