手术室管理是医院诊疗过程的重要一环,是现代医院管理的一个重要内容。但是,由于以往手术室长期处于附属外科的地位,加之其人员构成是以护理人员为主,其工作性质是以为手术科室提供服务等客观因素,手术室管理一直未能得到应有的重视。即使手术室工作人员中,也普遍存在着只要抓好消毒隔离管理,无菌技术操作,配合好手术就行了的模糊认识。
Operating room management is an important part of the hospital’s diagnosis and treatment process and is an important part of modern hospital management. However, due to the long-term status of the operating room as an affiliated surgical department, combined with the fact that its staffing is based on nursing staff, its work nature is based on objective factors such as providing services for the operating department, and operating room management has not received due attention. Even in the operating room staff, there is a widespread sense of obscurity as long as you do a good job of disinfection and isolation management, aseptic technique operation, and good surgery.
