目的了解医院住院患者死因谱的特征。方法对某院2009年-2010年住院死亡病案进行统计分析。结果循环系统、肿瘤、呼吸系统疾病、消化系统疾病及损伤、中毒和外因的某些其他后果为住院患者死因构成的前5位。结论需加强宣传,提高人群防病意识,改变不良生活习惯,加强环境保护,临床治疗要合理使用抗生素,提高人群健康水平,降低住院病死率。
Objective To understand the characteristics of hospital inpatient death spectrum. Methods A hospital from 2009 to 2010 hospitalized death cases for statistical analysis. Results Some other consequences of the circulatory system, cancer, respiratory diseases, digestive system diseases and injuries, poisoning and exogenous factors were the top 5 death causes of inpatients. Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen publicity to raise awareness of disease prevention in the population, change unhealthy living habits and strengthen environmental protection. It is necessary to rationally use antibiotics in clinical treatment to improve people’s health and reduce in-hospital mortality.
