近年来,随着改革开放的不断深入,我国企业面临着新形势,企业思想政治工作必须做出创新,才能适应新形势。本文探讨了企业文化对推进思想政治工作具有的重要作用,提出了如何以企业文化建设促进企业思想政治工作的创新。
In recent years, with the continuous deepening of reform and opening up, Chinese enterprises are facing new situations. Enterprises’ ideological and political work must make innovations before they can adapt to the new situation. This paper explores the important role that corporate culture plays in promoting ideological and political work and proposes how to promote the innovation of corporate ideological and political work with the building of corporate culture.
