随着民营企业生命周期的发展,民营企业家的经营理念也在经历着以利润为导向——以产品为导向——以企业为导向的变化,企业家的成长对民营企业的成长紧密相关,企业家能否按照在民营企业生命周期的各个不同阶段的特点、采取相应的措施是促进企业健康成长的关键因素。本文研究分析了基于企业生命周期的民营企业家成长路径及各阶段其采取的相应措施,对促进民营企业家成长的各个因素提出了一些建议。
With the development of private enterprise’s life cycle, the management idea of private entrepreneurs is also under the guidance of profit-oriented-product-oriented-enterprise-oriented change. The growth of entrepreneurs is closely related to the growth of private- Whether entrepreneurs can take corresponding measures according to the characteristics at different stages of the life cycle of private-owned enterprises is the key factor to promote their healthy growth. This paper studies and analyzes the growth path of private entrepreneurs based on the life cycle of enterprises and corresponding measures taken in each stage, and puts forward some suggestions on various factors that promote the growth of private entrepreneurs.
