1引言随着科学技术的不断进步、经济全球化的不断深入,智能楼宇越来越得到普遍关注和实际应用。它是现代信息技术服务人类的又一大贡献,它集安全可靠、节能高效、综合便捷、美观舒适等优点于一体,在我国各大城市发展迅速、普及率迅速提升。智能楼宇的迅速发展,对传统物业管理行业既是挑战更是机遇。如何直面挑战、把握机遇、适应高科技发展是物业管理企业亟待解决的问题。
1 Introduction With the continuous improvement of science and technology and the continuous deepening of economic globalization, intelligent buildings are gaining more and more universal attention and practical application. It is another great contribution of modern information technology service to mankind. It integrates the advantages of safety and reliability, energy-saving and efficiency, comprehensive convenience, beautiful and comfortable and so on. It has developed rapidly in major cities of our country and the popularization rate has rapidly risen. The rapid development of intelligent buildings is not only a challenge but also an opportunity for the traditional property management industry. How to confront the challenges, grasp the opportunities and adapt to the development of high-tech industries are the problems to be solved urgently by property management companies.
