例1 朱××男33岁职员住院号26823因双眼反复红,视物模糊1年半,于1986年5月18日入院。于1984年11月,左眼视物模糊,在某医院诊为“色素膜炎”,住院给予激素治疗后好转。以后,右眼同样发病,也用激素治愈。此后双眼经常交替发病,用激素、消炎痛及中药治疗。每次发病均用激素后好转,减量或停药后复发。每次发作视物障碍均加重,转入本院。1970年曾患黄疸性肝炎,近4—5年以来,口腔经常长小溃疡,主要在唇粘膜及舌尖部位。每次发生约1周左右不治而愈。间歇1—2月又复发。肩、腰关节经常疼痛,但无红肿。腕、指关节疼痛时,并有肿胀。注射药物后,针孔处红肿,并有丘疹样隆起。OT 试验强阳性。个人嗜好偶而抽烟,喝酒少量,无特殊家属
