我场自1973年建立以来,共营造了杉木林2000多亩,由于我们坚持以路线斗争为纲,用科学态度管林,现林木生长旺盛,长势喜人。两年生的幼林有很多地块平均高超过2.5米,最好的一块林地已达3.0米,普遍的都在2.2米左右。现把我们科学实验小组两年来从事杉木抚育管理试验的一些情况,综述如下: 一、深翻壅土 杉木在幼树时,主根不发达,侧根发展较快,须根分布较广。为了扩大杉木根部松土层,给杉木生长创造有利条件,促进杉木侧根和须根的生长,加强根部吸收能力。1974年,我们首先在高山六号地对杉木幼林进行深翻变土试验,获得了很好效果。一般幼树平均高达2.31米,特别是在幼树壅土较多的地方,平均高达3.12米。后来,我们就将这个情况向全场进行宣传推广,对所有的林地全面进行深翻,对幼树基部进行培土。这样既把杂草和腐殖质翻入土下,增加了土壤肥力,同时也疏松了土壤,增强了土壤通气性能。现在观察,效果确实显著,证明对杉木幼林进行深翻壅土,是促进幼林速生丰产的一项有效措施。

The average sapling averaged as high as 2.31 meters, especially in saplings more soil, an average of up to 3.12 meters. Later, we will publicize this situation to the audience, all the deep plowing of the woodland, saplings of young trees. This will not only turn weeds and humus into the soil, increasing soil fertility, but also loosen the soil and enhance soil aeration performance. Observations now, the effect is indeed significant, proves that deep cedar transplanting young soil is an effective measure to promote fast-growing young plantation.
