所谓的非营利组织指的是不以获取利润为目的而从事商品的生产、销售、服务的民间组织,为了维系生存和发展,非营利组织必须不断的向外界获取资金并且可以有效地利用资金。随着我国经济体制不断深入改革,我国的非营利组织也在不断发展,但是非营利组织在其自身的发展过程中往往出现支出管理混乱、监管不到位以及资金使用率低等财务管理问题。因此,本文通过对这些问题进行深入分析,在此基础上就如何加强非营利组织财务管理工作展开研究。
The so-called non-profit organizations refer to non-profit-making non-profit organizations engaged in the production, sale and service of non-governmental organizations. In order to survive and develop, non-profit organizations must continuously obtain funds from the outside world and make effective use of the funds. As China’s economic system continues to deepen reform, nonprofit organizations in our country are also developing constantly. However, nonprofit organizations tend to face financial management problems such as chaos in expenditure management, inadequate supervision and low capital utilization rate in their own development. Therefore, through the deep analysis of these problems, this paper studies how to strengthen the financial management of non-profit organizations.
