一九八五年十二月二十六日,陕西省兵工学会机械专业委员会在西安工业学院召开了成立大会。省兵工学会常务理事、学术工作委员会主任孙书孟同志、省机械工程学会秘书长鲍慈源同志、西安工业学院付院长、机械专业委员会筹备组组长陈进明同志出席了会议并讲了话。省兵工学会管理科学研究会、西安工业学院科研处派代表参加了会议。参加机械专业委员会成立大会的委员共一十七人。陈进明同志在讲话中,对机械专业委员会的成立表示祝贺,并代表学院师生对参加会议
On December 26, 1985, Shaanxi Provincial Ordnance Industry Machinery Committee held a founding meeting in Xi’an Institute of Technology. Comrade Chen Shu-ming, standing director of Provincial Ordnance Society and head of academic work committee, Comrade Bao Ci-yuan, secretary-general of Provincial Mechanical Engineering Society, dean of Dean of Xi’an Industrial Institute, and head of preparatory team of Machinery Professional Committee attended the meeting and made speeches. Provincial Institute of Ordnance Management Science Research Institute, Xi’an Institute of Technology sent representatives attended the meeting. A total of 17 members attended the inaugural meeting of the Machinery Committee. In his speech, Comrade Chen Jinming expressed his congratulation on the establishment of the Machinery Committee and on behalf of the faculties and students in the meeting
