目前,我国正处于由钢铁大国向钢铁强国转变的关键时期。如果发展方向正确、措施得当,钢铁工业可以发展成为满足国民经济发展需要、具有较强国际竞争力的产业,可望在不久的将来实现建设钢铁强国目标。反之,则有可能造成盲目扩张、资源和环境容量难以支撑、整体竞争力下降等被动局面,丧失由大到强转变的战略机遇。
At present, our country is in a critical period of transition from a major steel country to a strong steel country. If the development direction is correct and the measures are properly implemented, the steel industry can develop into an industry with strong international competitiveness that meets the needs of national economic development and is expected to achieve the goal of building a strong steel power in the near future. On the contrary, it may result in the blind expansion of resources and environmental capacity is difficult to support the overall competitiveness of the passive situation, loss of strategic opportunities to change from big to strong.
