建筑工程物资管理水平的高低直接影响到工程的施工进度、工程的质量以及经济效益。在建筑工程企业中,应该提高企业全员的整体素质;采取科学的物资管理方法与手段;引进现代化的管理思想、技术与手段,实施面向施工全部周期的物资管理工作,有效解决建筑工程出现的问题。本文在论述工程施工物资管理的重要性的基础上,指出了现代大部分建筑企业在物资管理中存在的问题,并提出了相应的规范措施。
The level of construction materials management directly affects the construction progress, project quality and economic benefits.
