社会主义制度实现形式的重新选择,是10年来经济体制改革的核心内容。党的十一届三中全会以后,中国共产党根据生产关系的具体形态与生产力相适应的规律提出了包括私营经济在内的多种经济形式并存的理论。发展着的伟大实践,要求人们从理论上进行重新反思。私营经济产生和发展的起点在30年的公有化以后,在社会主义公有制这块土壤上,不知不觉地兴起了私营企业。这不能不使人们想起始于十年前的那场农村改革。
The new choice of the form of the socialist system is the core of the reform of the economic system over the past 10 years. After the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Party, the CPC proposed the coexistence of various economic forms including the private economy according to the law corresponding to the concrete shape and productive forces of the relations of production. The great practice of development requires people to rethink in theory. After 30 years of public ownership, the starting point for the emergence and development of the private economy has unwittingly emerged in the soil of socialist public ownership. This can not but remind people of the rural reform that began ten years ago.
