2004年工作总的要求以“三个代表”重要思想和全国全省打私工作会议精神为指导,坚决贯彻“打防结合、综合治理、突出重点、坚持不懈”的方针,认真履行职责,加大协调力度, 保持反走私高压态势,积极探索、建立反走私长效机制, 努力创新、推进反走私工作,为我省加快发展、率先发展、协调发展、全面发展做出新的贡献。2004年工作重点(一)进一步发挥打私办的职能作用。
