近年来我国经济和社会都取得了较快的发展,这也使流动人员数量不断增加,在流动人员组成中,多以农民工和在外地工作的一些专业人员为主,不仅人员数量较多,而且地域十分广泛,类别繁多。这也流动人员人员档案管理工作带来了较大的难度。因此需要加强流动人员人事档案管理工作,确保流动人员能够得到更好的发展,促进社会的和谐稳定。文中从流动人员人事档案管理工作的重要性入手,分析了流动人员人事档案管理工作中存在的问题,并进一步对加强流动人员人事档案管理工作的措施进行了具体阐述。
