Due to the large investment in construction projects, long construction period and many risk factors, the control of construction cost has been unsatisfactory because of the singleness and multiplicity of calculation and the complexity of calculation methods and other reasons. The author puts forward proposals from various stages of cost control, and carries out prior control and active control over the construction cost.
